- Good understanding of UI/UX
- Worked with Single Page Applications using Web-sockets with 10+ years of programming experience.
- We need the resource to be a Full Stack Lead and mentor a team of junior developers at the company.
- Understand our SAAS offering and work towards making it a better user experience.
- He / She will also be responsible to induct new programmers into the company and mentor them before deploying them into various roles as per thier skill-set.
- Please note that this is an active coding (70%) + managerial (30%) kind of role. Not for programmers who are looking to move to purely managerial roles after many years of coding.
