Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Production Operations & Fulfilment
Manager to oversee day-to-day jewellery manufacturing operations. The role is responsible
for achieving production targets, ensuring quality standards, optimizing resources, driving
process improvements and leading production teams to deliver operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
• Lead, guide and motivate PPC, Production, Quality & other related fulfilment
associates to achieve daily output with the required quality standards.
• Plan manpower allocation based on production priorities and monitor workforce
productivity.
• Conduct regular on job coaching and training for the associates.
Manufacturing & Operations:
• Execute daily, weekly and monthly production plans in line with the export
requirements to meet customer delivery commitments.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, cost and delivery
timelines.
• Optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, materials and production capacity.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards practices reducing internal rejections.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing SOPs, EHS standards and safety regulations.
Quality Improvement & Performance Management:
• Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with customer-defined quality
standards and specifications.
• Monitor key manufacturing KPIs including productivity, efficiency, OTIF, metal loss,
and diamond loss.
• Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and coordinate material availability to ensure
uninterrupted production.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality and customer
commitments.
Plant & Infrastructure Management:
• Coordinate with the Maintenance team to ensure optimum machine uptime through
preventive maintenance
• Ensure availability of machinery, tools, consumables and production resources.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Reporting
• Coordinate with Sales, PD, and EXIM teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Review daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
• Support implementation of new projects, process improvements and operational
initiatives assigned by the management.

Candidate Profile:
Education & Qualifications:
- Graduate.
- Diploma in Operations or Production Management will be an added advantage.
Experience:
10-14 years of experience in jewellery manufacturing operations, including at least 3-
4 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in managing end-to-end production activities.
Proven experience in managing end-to-end production activities.
Exposure to production planning, process improvement, and operational excellence.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes and production
operations.
Good knowledge of quality systems, productivity improvement, and resource optimization.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (Emperor).
Effective communication, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
Experience in managing shop-floor operations in a high-volume jewellery manufacturing environment.
