Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Structural Design and Analysis:
• Design and analyze reinforced concrete structures for real estate projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
2. Site Supervision:
• Oversee the execution of RCC works at construction sites, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to design specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors and ensure timely completion of tasks.
3. Material Estimation and Procurement:
• Prepare detailed material estimates for RCC works, including concrete, steel, and other related materials.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
4. Quality Assurance:
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure quality control of RCC components such as formwork, reinforcement placement, and concrete pouring.
• Identify and rectify issues or discrepancies during construction.
5. Coordination and Collaboration:
• Work closely with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.
• Liaise with consultants and third-party agencies for structural design validation and approval.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of RCC work progress, materials, and test results.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for project management and stakeholders.
7. Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure all RCC works adhere to safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
• Conduct safety briefings and training sessions for site workers when necessary.

Skills:

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience of 5–7 years in RCC design and construction within the real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of RCC design codes (IS codes) and construction practices.
• Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, HiCAD).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with high-rise or large-scale real estate projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
