1. Candidate should be fluent in English.

4. Purchase booking
5. Purchase order.
6. Purchase Accounts
7. Coordination with Vendor regarding the material dispatch.
8. Purchase entry (Online payment through NEFT/RTGS)
9. Preparing creditors list ( Raw materials , Vendors)
10. GST & TDS Working.
11. Knowledge of RFQ upto purchase booking in software.
12. Import Documentation
13. Online payment through NEFT / RTGS
14. Vendor coordination (to source the right product, purchase order, purchase tally
entry, coordination with vendor registration , material dispatch)
15. Preparation of Debtors List
16. Outstanding Recovery, ledger tallying and mailing
17. Payment receivables entry in Tally
18. Supervision of billing and purchase activity
19. Contractor billing and Reco
20. Bank Payments
21. Address customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain positive relationships
22. Preparation of Debit Note / Credit Note
23. MIS Report
