Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business
Development
· Develop and implement strategic
sales plans to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
· Identify new business
opportunities, market trends, and customer requirements.
· Build and strengthen
relationships with distributors, dealers, OEMs, and key clients.
· Expand market presence across
domestic and industrial sectors.
Marketing & Brand Development
·Plan and execute marketing
campaigns to enhance brand visibility and product positioning.
· Coordinate with management to
develop pricing strategies and promotional activities.
· Analyze competitor activities
and market trends to maintain competitive advantage.
· Represent the company at
industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings.
Team Leadership & Management
· Lead, mentor, and motivate the
sales and marketing team to achieve performance goals.
· Set KPIs, monitor team
performance, and ensure target achievement.
· Conduct regular training and
performance evaluations for team development.
Customer Relationship Management
· Maintain long-term relationships
with key customers and channel partners.
· Ensure high customer
satisfaction through effective communication and service support.
· Resolve escalated client issues
professionally and efficiently.
Reporting & Performance
Analysis
· Prepare sales forecasts, MIS
reports, and business performance reports for management.
· Monitor sales data, revenue
generation, ROI, and market performance metrics.
· Recommend strategic
improvements based on analytical insights.
Skills:
Required Skills & Qualifications
Educational Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing,
Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
· MBA in Sales & Marketing
will be preferred.
Experience
· Minimum 8–10 years of
experience in Sales & Marketing roles.
· Prior experience in the Wires
& Cable or Polymer Industry is mandatory.
· Proven experience in handling
B2B sales and dealer/distributor networks.
