The Fund Management team is the investment engine of company. It is responsible for research, disciplined asset allocation frameworks, proactive ideation, portfolio construction, investment decision-making, and scheme performance across all Discretionary and Non-Discretionary mandates. Beyond investment management, Fund Managers are co-owners of business growth — they actively build and maintain client relationships, support the RM team, and take direct responsibility for contributing to AUM growth. The team operates under the overall supervision of the SVP — Investments & Portfolio Strategy (CIO-Designate), who will report to the Promoter & Managing Director.Responsibilities :-
• Conduct deep fundamental research across global macro, India macro, sector, and
company levels.
• Build and maintain disciplined asset allocation frameworks across Conservative,
Balanced, Growth, and Aggressive risk profiles.
• Drive proactive ideation — generating new investment ideas, product concepts, and
portfolio strategies without being prompted.
• Manage model portfolios for Discretionary Portfolio Management Services (PMS)
schemes end-to-end.
• Provide investment recommendations and portfolio guidance for Non-Discretionary and
Advisory clients.
• Actively build and manage client relationships — attending client meetings, presenting
portfolio rationale, and earning mandates.
• Take co-ownership of business growth by supporting origination, client conversion, and
AUM expansion alongside the RM team.
• Monitor existing holdings for performance, risk, and thesis validity on an ongoing basis.
• Ensure all investment decisions comply with SEBI PMS regulations and internal risk
parameters.
• Establish and maintain investment committee discipline with documented agenda,
minutes, and decision rationale.
• Build institutional memory — investment frameworks, decision logs, research archives
— ensuring intellectual capital is cumulative.
Skills:
4-8 years in wealth management, private banking, family office, or financial advisory, with a proven track record of managing UHNI clientsCommunication & Presence:
