Z-683 | Project Engineer

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Matching Product Specification / Requirement of Customers
• Ensuring all Projects meets execution timeline
• Gap analysis & Requirement gathering (information/ material)
• Seamless interaction & coordination with Customer & Principal

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for Analyzing order specifications with precision
• Appropriate interpretation of PO
• Verify with customers about specification & Room layout
• Coordinate with principal for getting Drawing & verifying with customer
• Coordinate with Sales team for order terms , commitment to customers & expectations

Responsible for Coordinating with Principal & Customers

• Coordinate with Principal for drawings & Technical Documents
• Detailed discussion with Customers on specifications & Site requirements
• Understand requirements from either side and take desired action

Responsible for devising project execution plan

• Organize kick off Meeting between Sales / service / coordinators
• Provide service visits & technical updates
• Ensure to get all clarifications on specs & customer expectations
• To obtain final technical specifications & Documents from principal
• Get Clarification / approval on sale terms
• Getting Final approval from customer
• Preparing Project Execution plan / project Movement chart

Responsible for Timely Execution of the projects

• Prepare FAT protocol document for approval from customer
• Ensure proper coordination till Machine Lands on site
• Monitor Project movement as per plan
• Maintain all documents & Records in order

Review & Report on Project

• Track TAT of all activities & Quality
• Prepare Project movement report
• Report to Concerned Department/ people on all aspects of the project
• Prepare Site Acceptance Report and inform principal
