Job Description :

 Social Media Marketing will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies for Branding and its clients. This role requires a strong balance of creativity, analytics, and leadership. You will manage day-to-day social media operations, mentor junior team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that all social media activities align with brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities : Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals
Create monthly and quarterly content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
Identify trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities to enhance brand presence and work on client presentations. 
Content & Campaign Management
Oversee content creation including captions, creatives, reels/videos, and stories. Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all social platforms. Plan and manage social media campaigns, launches, and special initiatives. Collaborate with design, copy, and performance marketing teams for integrated campaigns

Community & Reputation Management
Monitor and manage community engagement including comments, messages, and mentions. Build meaningful relationships with followers and influencers. Handle escalations, feedback, and online reputation management professionally

Performance & Analytics

Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using platform and third-party tools. Generate actionable insights to improve engagement, reach, and conversions. Optimize content and posting strategies based on performance data
Team & Stakeholder Management
Guide and review the work of executives and interns. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients to align expectations and deliverables. Present social media plans, performance reports, and insights to clients or leadership
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices. Excellent written communication and storytelling skills. Hands-on experience with content planning and publishing tools. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics. Creative thinking with attention to detail. Strong project management and multitasking abilities. Client-facing communication and presentation skills
Tools & Platforms
Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout, Buffer, or similar)
Analytics tools (native insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
Understanding and execution of paid social campaigns is a must

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
2–6 years of experience in social media marketing (agency experience preferred)
Experience managing brands or multiple client accounts
