Job Description:

  1. Lead generation through cold calling & scheduling an appointment with the prospective leads
  2. Meeting & counseling the prospects - that are mostly working executives & corporate professionals from various industries
  3. Achieving enrolment targets (End to End Sales), (though there are incentives but no pay deduction from fixed salary if targets not achieved)
  4. (70% inside sales & 30% outdoor meetings for already sheduled by backend team)
