Job Description:

- Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business
- Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the financing of clients, including investment memorandum, management presentations and pitchbooks
- Be responsible for specific components of the work including:
- Analyzing and summarizing financial performance
- Building financial and valuation Models
- Developing Powerpoint and Word documents
- Support in developing business development pitches
- Online subject research activities
- Build an in-depth understanding of client’s business research and research requirements
- Support to identify opportunities for M&A, buy-outs, PE fund raise, promoter financing, structured equity, capital market deals
- Support in executing the mandate end to end
- Develop deep understanding of the business of the client and the Industry in which the client operates along with customer profile and expectations
- Develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data
- Converting unstructured information into structured decision-making tool for the client
- Work closely with all key departments for data exchange on regular basis
- Development of various types of financial model to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions
- Perform various valuation method: comparable companies, precedents, and dcf.
