Job Description :

  • Financial Analysis
  • Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business
  • Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the financing of clients, including investment memorandum, management presentations and pitchbooks
  •  Be responsible for specific components of the work including:
  •  Analyzing and summarizing financial performance
  •  Building financial and valuation Models
  •  Developing Powerpoint and Word documents
  •  Support in developing business development pitches
  •  Online subject research activities
  •  Build an in-depth understanding of client’s business research and research requirements
  • Support to identify opportunities for M&A, buy-outs, PE fund raise, promoter financing, structured equity, capital market deals
  • Support in executing the mandate end to end
  • Develop deep understanding of the business of the client and the Industry in which the client operates along with customer profile and expectations
  • Develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data
  • Converting unstructured information into structured decision-making tool for the client
  •  Work closely with all key departments for data exchange on regular basis
  •  Development of various types of financial model to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions
  • Perform various valuation method: comparable companies, precedents, and dcf.
  • Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions.
  • Create presentations for client portfolios.
