The role

1.      .

 will include but not limited to the following: -

Shall actively work with the senior professionals / management towards providing entire gamut of services i.e. Debt Syndication Advisory, Project

Appraisal, Debt Placement Services, Structured Finance, Debt Restructuring, Debt Resolution Advisory, TEV Study and LIE Services.

2.

Should have excellent knowledge of preparation of financial model and preparation of information memorandum, Credit Appraisal Note and any other documentation or information that may be required by lenders to ensure successful deal closure.

3.

Placing before the senior professional / management the progress /critical issues relating to the assignment being handled from time to time.

4.

General insight into working of various industry segments and their special needs.

5.

Should ensure successful completion of the assignment within timelines.

Skills 1.

Should have excellent communication skills and understanding of Bank functioning, Bank products, Bank policies especially relating to lending, credit facilities, restructuring, resolution of stressed assets etc.

2.

Requires sound operational process knowledge of Credit appraisal, due diligence and legal documentation.

3.

Excellent Working Knowledge of MS Office including but not limited to Word, Excel and Power-point
