- The role is primarily responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for mid-level and junior management positions, ensuring timely and quality hiring.
- It involves coordinating with hiring managers, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, and managing offer rollouts and onboarding.
- The position also requires maintaining recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring analytics while building talent pipelines for critical roles.
- In HR operations, the role includes managing HRMS activities, employee records, onboarding, exits, payroll inputs, and compliance documentation. Additionally, the candidate supports corporate HR initiatives such as policy implementation, employee engagement, performance management, and preparation of HR reports and presentations.
- Overall, the role requires strong recruitment, coordination, HR operations, and analytical skills.
Skills:
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition (must-have exposure to lateral hiring).
- • Hands-on experience working with HRMS platforms (HR One / Darwinbox / Keka / similar).
- • Excellent Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, MIS preparation).
- • Good at preparing presentations and HR analytics reports.
- • Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and follow-up ability.
