Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to manage and convert VSL-generated leads into paying
customers. The ideal candidate will be confident in handling warm leads,
nurturing client relationships, and maintaining a data-driven approach to sales
performance. You’ll play a key role in optimizing our customer journey and
maximizing conversion rates.
Key
Responsibilities

Manage and follow up with leads generated from
VSL campaigns.

Conduct personalized outreach via phone, email,
and chat to qualify prospects and close sales.

Understand customer needs and recommend the
right product or program solutions.

Maintain detailed records in the CRM system and
track all interactions.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to
improve lead quality and messaging.

Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales
targets.
Skills:
? Strong communication and persuasion skills.
? Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
? Experience working with leads from paid traffic, funnels, or VSLs is a strong advantage.
? Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
? Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management tools.
