Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented AutoCAD & 3D Rendering Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical drafting skills along with expertise in creating high-quality 3D visualizations, walkthroughs, and rendering videos for architectural/interior/exterior and industrial projects.
The candidate will be responsible for converting concepts, layouts, and technical inputs into visually compelling designs and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and technical plans using AutoCAD.
* Develop realistic 3D models, render images, and animation walkthroughs/videos.
* Create high-quality interior and exterior visualizations based on project requirements.
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and clients to understand design expectations.
* Modify and revise drawings/renderings based on feedback and project updates.
* Ensure all drawings and render outputs meet quality and timeline standards.
* Maintain proper documentation and organized project files.
* Stay updated with latest design trends, rendering techniques, and software advancements.
Skills:
Required Skills & Software Knowledge
* Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
* Expertise in 3D rendering and visualization software such as:
* 3ds Max
* SketchUp
* Lumion
* V-Ray
* Blender
* Revit (preferred)
* Good understanding of lighting, textures, materials, and rendering techniques.
* Knowledge of video walkthrough creation and animation rendering.
* Basic understanding of architectural/interior design concepts and detailing.
* Strong creativity, visualization, and presentation skills.
