A. Deal Advisory:
- Conduct thorough financial and tax due diligence for our diverse clientele.
- Collaborate closely with teams to structure transactions from comprehensive tax and regulatory viewpoints.
- Meticulously review and analyze various deal agreements, including Share Purchase and Shareholders agreements.
B. Financial Services Advisory:
- Assist in the setup of funds in International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) and compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations.
- Skillfully analyze and interpret intricate regulatory provisions set forth by the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA).
- Aid in the preparation and submission of financial service-related applications to IFSCA and SEBI.
- Provide strategic advice on the structuring of fund managers, funds, aircraft, ship leasing, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and other related entities.
- Stay abreast of regulatory updates and changes, and prepare comprehensive updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough analyses of regulatory implications for various financial transactions.
Guide clients through navigating the complexities of tax and regulatory environments, offering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in financial due diligence, transaction structuring, and regulatory compliance, preferably within a consulting or advisory role preferred
- Profound understanding of tax, regulatory, and compliance frameworks, particularly in the financial services sector.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
