Assistant Manager/Manager Credit analyst makes decisions about customer Loan requirements (working Capital- Cash Credit, Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credit, Packing Credit, Bill Discounting etc. and Project term Loans Term Loans including ECB), Equity investment, Mergers & acquisitions and exits using a range of criteria including credit viability, Financial Modeling for past and future data, customer
payment history, customer credit-worthiness, valuation etc.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Interacting with the customer, associates and specialists to gather and understand the need of the corporate borrower/investee/investors.
2. Analyze data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved. Analyze Financial Statements (Ratio analysis, Fund Flow statement & Cash flow analysis), Financial Feasibility.
3. Undertaking a complete risk assessment analysis of the borrower/investee [e.g. modus operandi, cash cycles, facility structure risk, environmental and social risk, projections, etc.]
4. Credit Appraisal & Evaluation of long term & short term borrowings, including project loans & and working capital requirement (both fund based & non fund based)
5. Prepare the CMA (Credit monitoring arrangement), proposal Note of banks with complete assessment and justification for limits proposed.
6. Evaluation of investment proposals and preparation of IM and Pitch Deck along with financial model and valuation.
7. Interact with Banks, fund houses, AIF’s and revert on queries they may have. Handle meetings and site visits on case to case basis.

Qualifications & Skills
- A good honours degree in commerce together with not less than five years relevant experience of credit analysis of both fund based and non fund based cases.
- MBA or similar postgraduate/professional qualification with at least 2 year experience.
- Individual should be adaptable, confident, reliable, motivated with strong time management skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent IT, analytical, numerical, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and team- working skills are also essential.
