Job Description:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Driving the Catering & Banquet business (weddings, 5-star hotels, social & corporate events)
  • Growing Corporate Coffee Supply accounts (offices, co-working spaces, procurement teams)
  • Expanding HORECA partnerships (hotels, restaurants, cafés, hospitality groups)
  • Leading demos, tastings, and luxury-standard presentations.
  • Key Responsibilities

    • Build and convert leads across Catering, Corporate B2B & HORECA verticals
    • Develop relationships with banquet managers, F&B directors, chefs, procurement heads
    • Pitch Nandan Coffee offerings through curated sessions
    • Close recurring supply contracts and high-ticket catering/event deals
    • Coordinate with operations, warehouse & dispatch teams for smooth execution
    • Achieve revenue targets with disciplined pipeline management
    • Track industry trends and identify new business opportunities

  • Strong hospitality network (mandatory)
  • Proven ability to close recurring supply deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
  • Understanding of events, supply chain, and hospitality operations
  • High ownership, reliability & ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous experience in 5-star hotel banquets, premium catering, HORECA distribution, or corporate hospitality sales

    • Corporate Admin & Facility Teams
  • Candidates must be confident presenting to hospitality clients (luxury standard)
