Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Inside Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries and drive sales through inbound and outbound calling. The role is entirely office-based and requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to handling clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries (calls, emails, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions
• Prepare and share quotations with clients
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales
• Maintain customer database and update records regularly
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
