Job Accountability & Responsibility
Edit videos for social media, ads, reels,
brand films, and promotions
Work with marketing and creative teams to
understand brand requirements
? Add effects, transitions, music, captions,
and color correction
? Optimize videos for different platforms
(Instagram, YouTube, ads, etc.)
? Maintain consistency in brand style and
quality
? Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Skills:
Knowledge Required:
? Social media video formats and trends (Reels,
Shorts, Ads)
? Basic motion graphics, transitions, and
effects
? Color correction, audio syncing, and sound
editing
? Branding and storytelling for marketing
content
Required Skill Set
? Proficiency in video editing software
(Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.)
? Knowledge of video formats, resolutions, and
social media trends
? Basic motion graphics and sound editing
skills
Desired profile of the Candidate:
? Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
? Good sense of storytelling and visual
