  • Experience : can consider Graduate/post Graduate Fresher’s for this role.
  • Fixed shifts: 9: 30 am to 6:30 pm.
  • Two weekly offs : one fixed off on Sunday and other one on any week day.
  • No western line candidates, should be residing near to Thane.
  • Should not have employment gap for more than a month.
  • Should have at least completed a year in current org.
  • Age not above 32 years.

Job Description:

Phone Banking – Outbound in Bank's Customer Contact Centre

  • Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.
  • Calling Credit cards customers for various service and sales related campaigns.
  • Targets on conversions and cross selling.
  • Cross selling of various bank products.
  • Ensure customer “delight” and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries/issues.
