Job Description :

*Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales activities, including cold calling and email campaigns

*Qualify and nurture leads, moving them through the sales pipeline

*Understand and communicate the value of our HR Tech Product to potential customers

* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns

* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas

* Manage and maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM

* Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our product and generate leads

* Provide feedback to the product development team to ensure our product meets the needs of our customers

* Continuously improve sales techniques through training and self-study

Qualification :

Skills :

* 2+ years of experience in an inside sales role

* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

* Experience selling technology products to HR departments and managers

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Strong organizational and time management skills
