? Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales activities, including cold calling and email campaigns ? Qualify and nurture leads, moving them through the sales pipeline ? Understand and communicate the value of our HR Tech Product to potential customers ? Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns ? Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas ? Manage and maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM ? Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our product and generate leads ? Provide feedback to the product development team to ensure our product meets the needs of our customers ? Continuously improve sales techniques through training and self-study
