• Need people from Real Estate Industry who are willing to travel,(for a collection of  Commission(AsBrokerage) from Developers)

Qualification:

Job Description:

• Managing collection and follow up with developers & builders.
• Managing and verifying the booking with developers and generating data reports as needed.
• Maintenance of booking records in the CRM system and its post sales cycle until the payment is received.
• Handling post sales activities, Coordination, follow-ups with the developer and clients if required to complete the process
• Responsible for tracking and controlling the booking of the client to generate invoices and providing solutions to collect the overdue payments.
• Bridging the gap between the client and the developer in case of any issues.
• Solving all booking related issues.
