We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Recruiters who have prior experience working with Consulting / Recruitment Firms and have handled hiring for multiple companies and industries.
The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, client coordination experience, and the ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:

Handling end-to-end recruitment for multiple client companies.

Understanding client requirements and preparing effective sourcing strategies.

Sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), references, and databases.

Screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.

Coordinating with clients and candidates for smooth interview and offer closure.

Maintaining proper follow-ups and ensuring timely closures.

Achieving monthly hiring targets.
Skills:
Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 1–4 years of experience in a Recruitment Consulting Firm.

Experience handling multiple client requirements simultaneously.

Strong sourcing and screening skills.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
