Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for bringing growth in existing liability book and through acquisition of New to Bank Corporates customers in the Corporate - Liability segment. 

• To acquire and manage existing and NTB corporates with requirements for  Payments & Cash Management /Trade Services / Foreign exchange solutions thus increasing the CA float. 
• To deepen share of wallet for the ETB customers by cross sale. ( Corp salary mainly ) 
• To support business team is addressing customer issues by acting as a product lead.
• Willing to travel across India for meeting customers/ business team and key stakeholders.
• To support / implement marketing initiatives and lead generation channels. 
• To identify potential and cross-sell various transaction banking products :  

1. Like Payments Management - Escrows / NACH / BBPS / School Fee collection etc.
2. Like Treasury solutions – Forward / Options Contract  
3. Like Trade services – LC Issuance, LC discounting, Exports, Imports etc.  ).  
4. Like FD backed OD Solutions  

• To migrate customer to alternate delivery channels ( Connect Online   ) 

Skills:

Desired Candidate Profile 

• Good understanding of transactional banking products including mainly Cash management (Payments / Receivables) and also Trade / FX 
• Knowledge of the Indian Banking Practices. 
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. 
• Multi-tasking with crisis management capabilities.  
• Strong sales orientation and customer focus.
