Purely into Institutional Sales

Qualification:

Bachelor of Commerce, CFA, MBA

Job Description:

  • Conduct Regular meetings with both existing and prospective buy side clients
  • Coordinate internally with the research team to discuss and communicate investment ideas to the buy side clients and the research team.
  • Facilitate meetings between buy - side clients and the research team 
  • Onboard new institutional clients to drive business revenue growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with all levels of buy side clients , including CIOs, Fund Managers , Analysts and Dealers.
  • Arrange management Meetings, plant visits and other relevant engagements for buy - side clients.
  • Keep Buy side clients informed about current market events and developments

Skills:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in institutional sales within a sell - side stock broking firm.
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with both existing and new clients
  • Excellent sales and relationship management skills
  • In - depth knowledge of current market trends and dynamics
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities 
  • Capability to effectively collaborate with individuals at all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated success in closing business deals.
  • General understanding of financial markets and investment strategies
