? Provide bedside care for ICU and high-dependency patients, including
admissions, daily rounds, procedures, and emergencies.
?Collaborate with remote intensivist team to implement management plans and protocols.
? Perform critical care procedures when required (intubation, central line
insertion, arterial lines, basic ventilator management).
? Ensure timely communication with patient families in coordination with
hospital staff.
? Work with nursing teams and RMOs to maintain protocol-driven ICU
practices.
? Participate in Morbidity & Mortality reviews, quality checks, and audits to
improve ICU performance.
? Engage in academic sessions, training, and continuous professional
development.
? MBBS or certified FMGE with ICU/ ER experience
? Valid Medical Council Registration (State or National).
? Prior ICU/critical care experience preferred but not mandatory (training
will be provided).
? Strong clinical judgment, procedural skills, and teamwork orientation.
? Comfortable working with technology-enabled care delivery models.
? Willingness to work in rotational shifts/ roster-based ICU schedules.
