Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide product/service information.

• Support the sales team with lead generation and follow-ups.

• Maintain and update customer databases.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processes.

• Understand customer needs and qualify leads for the sales team.

• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and presales materials.

Skills:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduate in any stream.

• Female candidates only.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Presentable personality and confidence while interacting with clients.

• Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, Emails).

• Should wear formal attire during the interview.
