We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Specialist Business Analyst with a strong understanding of enterprise custom software solutions in industries such as real estate, oil and gas, manufacturing, factory automation, and digital twin solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of technical domains, and the ability to drive projects from concept to completion.
Requirement Gathering & Analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and external stakeholders.
Build strong relationships to ensure project alignment and client satisfaction
Solution Design & Feasibility
Work with technical architects and developers to design scalable, efficient, and cost-effective solutions.
Conduct feasibility analysis for proposed systems
Documentation
Prepare detailed BRDs, FSDs, process flows, wireframes, and user stories.
Ensure accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Data Analysis & Visualization
Analyze business data to generate actionable insights.
Create dashboards and visualizations for better decision-making.
Process Improvement
Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and recommend optimized processes.
Implement best practices for operational efficiency
Testing & Quality Assurance
Collaborate with QA teams to develop test cases, validate functionality, and ensure the delivery meets business requirements.
Project Collaboration
Work in Agile or Waterfall environments.
Coordinate with developers, project managers, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects
Training & Support
Assist in creating user training materials and conduct workshops. Provide post-deployment support to address any issues or feedback
