- Should be a strong team leader with sound knowledge of Industrial Engineering practices in garment manufacturing
- Must have the capability and experience to manage IE operations for a factory with 1000 - 1200 machines.
- Strong understanding of SMV, line balancing, capacity planning, method improvement and productivity enhancement.
- Should be capable of driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives across the country
