Degree/Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Foundry Technology.

·       6–7 years of experience in foundry operations, preferably in valve/ oil gas industry.

·       Experience in quality standards (ISO/API/ASME).

Job Description:

·       Oversee melting, moulding, core making, pouring, fettling, and heat treatment processes.

·       Manage day-to-day operations to meet production schedules.

·       Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.

·       Coordinate with the Design, Quality, and Machine Shop teams for smooth workflow.

·       Implement quality control systems in line with ISO/API standards.

·       Minimize rejections, scrap, and rework through process improvements.

·       Oversee preventive maintenance of foundry equipment and utilities.

Qualification:

Skills:

·       Strong knowledge of ferrous/non-ferrous casting processes.

·       Problem-solving and analytical skills.

·       Leadership and team management.

·       Familiarity with ERP systems.
