- Maintain accounting records, handle day - to - day transactions, prepare reports and manage vendor payments
- Handle GST Returns, input credit reconciliation and TDS Deduction , deposit and filings.
- Process monthly payroll, maintain attendance , handle reimbursements and statutory deductions
- Manage employee records, onboarding, attendance , leaves and other HR activities.
- Maintain expense records , verify bills and ensure proper documentation.
- Handle bank transactions , prepare payments and reconcile bank statements.
- Handle office administration, vendor coordination and other general tasks.
Skills:
BCOM or related field- Good knowledge of GST and TDS
- Payroll processing
- MS Excel, word, outlook
- Tally / ERP
- Online banking and payments
- Accurate and detail oriented
- Good analytical ability
- Organized and responsible
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
