Job Description:

  • Maintain accounting records, handle day - to - day transactions, prepare reports and manage vendor payments
  • Handle GST Returns, input credit reconciliation and TDS Deduction , deposit and filings.
  • Process monthly payroll, maintain attendance , handle reimbursements and statutory deductions
  • Manage employee records, onboarding, attendance , leaves and other HR activities.
  • Maintain expense records , verify bills and ensure proper documentation.
  • Handle bank transactions , prepare payments and reconcile bank statements.
  • Handle office administration, vendor coordination and other general tasks.

Skills:

BCOM or related field

  • Good knowledge of GST and TDS
  • Payroll processing
  • MS Excel, word, outlook
  • Tally / ERP
  • Online banking and payments
  • Accurate and detail oriented
  • Good analytical ability
  • Organized and responsible
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
