• Hiring candidates through portals is a MUST HAVE SKILL (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster etc..)
• Experience hiring Full-time / Lateral and W2 candidates for SI's / Implementation Partners
• Experience in hiring and recruiting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills
