Roles and Responsibilities:

• Execute equity and derivatives trades accurately on behalf of clients, in line with regulatory guidelines.

• Monitor live market movements and provide real-time updates to clients to support informed trading decisions.

• Understand clients investment objectives, risk appetite, and financial goals to provide market insights and investment recommendations to clients based on company Research reports.

• Address client queries related to portfolio performance, account statements, and trading-related concerns.

• Operate trading terminals with proficiency.

• Provide real-time order updates and confirmations to clients over recorded communication lines.

• Maintain accurate trade execution records and client interaction logs using internal CRM tools.

• Ensure strict adherence to Risk Management, Settlement, and Compliance protocols.

• Comply with SEBI regulations, exchange rules, and internal company policies.

• Keep abreast of the market news, financial trends and current affairs.

Skills:
