owner-tenant match up has been completed 2. Being single point of contact to ensure seemless co-ordination between operations & documentation teams and the owner-tenants 3. Regular check-ins with owners & tenants and ability to upsell various services of Rentmax (inc. renewals/resale/property management services) 4. Managing the post-possession team consisting of documentation expert & operations manager 5. Ensuring repeat business from both owners & tenants |
