Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor and improve primary and secondary sales.
Identify opportunities to increase market share in the region.
2. Team Management
Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales officers or executives.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team.
Monitor performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
Market & Retailer Management
? Manage distributor relationships and performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key accounts.
Monitor competitor activity and suggest strategic responses.
4. Reporting & Analysis
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
Analyze sales trends, opportunities, and challenges in the area.
Provide regular updates to the Regional Sales Manager.
