• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to promote channels’ growth, engagement and performance.

• Manage day to day YouTube channel operations including content uploads, scheduling, metadata updation, and playlists with strong understanding of YouTube ecosystem & algorithms
• Optimize videos for higher discoverability through SEO best practices, thumbnails, titles, tags, and audience engagement strategies
• Proficiency in YouTube Studio – to monitor analytics and performance metrics for providing insights, track growth, and recommend improvements.
• Knowledge of YouTube copyright, rights management, and monetization policies.
• Collaborate with content (OST + Pop), catalogue, marketing, and design teams to align channel/shorts strategy with the specific objectives.
