About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cluster Manager to oversee multi-unit operations and drive business performance across assigned locations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, proven experience managing teams, and a track record of achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day operations of all units within the cluster, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with company standards.
* Lead, mentor, and manage unit managers and staff to achieve performance metrics.
* Develop and implement business strategies to grow revenue and improve profitability.
* Monitor KPIs such as sales, productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
* Conduct regular audits, reviews, and performance evaluations of cluster operations.
* Ensure adherence to company SOPs, quality guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
* Manage budgets, optimize resource allocation, and control operational costs.
* Analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and drive local-level marketing initiatives.
* Address escalated issues from units and ensure timely resolution.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to set goals and prepare cluster reports.
Skills:
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Minimum 6 years of experience in a multi-unit managerial or cluster leadership role.
* Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
* Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, and operational KPIs.
* Hands-on experience in operations, business development.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to travel between units as required.
Compensation
Salary:
Up to ?12,00,000 per annum (based on experience and performance)
