Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day operations of all units within the cluster, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with company standards.
* Lead, mentor, and manage unit managers and staff to achieve performance metrics.
* Develop and implement business strategies to grow revenue and improve profitability.
* Monitor KPIs such as sales, productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
* Conduct regular audits, reviews, and performance evaluations of cluster operations.
* Ensure adherence to company SOPs, quality guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
* Manage budgets, optimize resource allocation, and control operational costs.
* Analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and drive local-level marketing initiatives.
* Address escalated issues from units and ensure timely resolution.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to set goals and prepare cluster reports.
