Key Responsibilities-


MIS & Reporting
  • Collect, compile, and analyze data from sales executives and other departments.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on sales performance, targets, revenue, and pipeline.

  • Maintain accurate databases and dashboards for management review.

  • Automate and improve MIS reporting formats for efficiency and accuracy.

  • Ensure data integrity and timely submission of all reports.

   Working days -6 days
   Mode of interview- 1st Virtual

Role Overview-

The MIS Executive / Sales Coordinator will be responsible for preparing and managing MIS reports, supporting the sales team with data coordination, and ensuring smooth communication between sales executives and management. The role requires strong analytical skills, reporting accuracy, and coordination capabilities to support business decision-making.

Sales Coordination

  • Coordinate with sales executives to collect sales data, follow-ups, and customer updates.

  • Track sales leads, conversions, and pending closures.

  • Assist sales executives with documentation, reports, and data requirements.

  • Support management with sales forecasts and performance analysis.

  • Act as a communication bridge between sales executives, management, and other departments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Prior experience in MIS Executive, Sales Coordinator, or Data Analyst roles is preferred.
