Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can independently lead and manage the entire Sales Department. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the valve manufacturing industry and be capable of handling end-to-end sales operations.

  • Manage overall sales activities and drive revenue growth.
  • Handle Government & Private Tenders, especially on the GeM Portal (end-to-end process).
  • Convert sales enquiries into confirmed orders.
  • Prepare accurate quotations as per customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Lead & supervise the inside sales team.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up for order closures.
  • Coordinate with production, accounts, and dispatch for smooth order execution.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial valves and application requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Experience in tender documentation, bidding, and compliance.
