• 2-10 years of experience in Real Estate sales with fluency in Telugu being mandatory.
• Sales Incentives as per PCH's Sales and Marketing incentive policy.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales.

• MBA freshers are welcome to apply as well.

We are looking to hire confident, enthusiastic and proactive individuals for the role of Sales Associate.

Responsibilities -

• To execute monthly sales targets in a given time frame, with a focus on achieving predefined sales.
• Prospecting potential clients and intermediating negotiation processes thus ensuring a fair deal.
• Building a network of real estate brokers / channel partners across various regions.
• Extensive knowledge of local demographic and economic trends to guide customers adhering compliance with company guidelines.
