1. Insolvency & bankruptcy Advisory

• Assisting the Insolvency Professionals as Support Team in all the compliance.
• Analysing the financial asset and business viability of the company in IBC and devising the resolution strategy
• Developing strategies for restructuring, sale of business, sale of assets etc
• Negotiations with various stakeholders.
• Drafting of Resolution plans on behalf of Resolution Applicant for companies under insolvency.

2. NPA Resolution

• Resolving NPAs through various restructuring measures
• Negotiation with Lenders, borrowers for settlement of dues
• Selling of NPAs to Asset reconstruction companies
• Raising OTS Fundings for the NPA Borrower.

3. Mergers & Acquisitions

• Analysing and assisting investors in acquiring companies/assets in Distress
• Developing strategy to get the Company/assets at a value that is in the best interest of the investor.
• Structuring the transaction
• Assisting the investor in fund raising for acquisition.

4. NBFC / AIF Consultancy

• Formation of Non-Banking Financial Company, Alternative Investment Fund for our clients.
• Fund Raising for NBFC.
• Assisting in Regulatory Compliances.
