• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises.
• Cleaning and maintaining office equipment and furniture.
• Prepare or serve tea, coffee, or refreshments to employees and guests.
• Monitor and replenish office pantry supplies.
• Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
• Assist in preparing outgoing mail and packages.
• Keep track of office supplies and inform relevant personnel when replenishment is needed.
• Assist in purchasing office supplies and maintaining inventory.
• Provide assistance to employees as needed, such as photocopying, filing, and other administrative tasks.
• Help in setting up meeting rooms and arranging materials for presentations
• Run errands outside the office, such as banking, delivering documents, purchasing items for the office or personal work of the owner.
• Handle any other outdoor tasks assigned by the office management.
• Monitor and control access to the office premises.
• Report any security concerns or issues to the relevant authorities.
• Assist in basic office tasks, including data entry, typing, and other clerical duties.
• Support the office staff with miscellaneous tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Act as a liaison between different departments or between the office and external entities.
• Follow all office policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
