• Drafting of Minutes, Resolutions (including Circular Resolutions) and Requisite Annexure/ Papers of Board / Committee / General meetings, finalizing the same.
• Handling of all Quarterly Listing compliances i.e. Regulation 31, Regulation 27, Regulation 13(3), Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Quarterly Disclosure pursuant to Clause 55A of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2003.
• Handling of RBI Compliances for NBFC and SEBI Compliances as per Merchant Bankers Regulations.
• Familiar with the portal and websites of authorities like MCA, SEBI, RBI, BSE, NSE, etc.
• Well-versed with SEBI (Takeover) Regulations and Insider Trading Regulations.
• Preparation and Circulation of Agenda and Notes of Board/Committee and General Meetings.
• Assist in restructuring and fund-raising activities in compliances with SEBI & Companies Act.
• Handling Compliance related to SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, & other applicable regulations
• Preparation and Filing of Forms and Returns including Annual Forms and Event-Based Forms with ROC in respect of Group Companies
• Preparation of Annual Report of the Company through compilation and consolidation of data pertaining to various Reports.
• Correspondences on specific issues with Regulatory Bodies such as, NHB, RBI, SEBI, Stock Exchanges, Registrar and Share Transfer Agents and Banks.
• Maintaining and updating of Statutory Registers of Company.
• Preparation of LLP transaction related forms.
• Incorporation of companies Pvt. OR Public OR Sec 8.
• Incorporation of LLP.
• Assist in Compliance related to unlisted group companies.
