Role Overview-
We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Country Head to lead our India operations. The role will be responsible for driving overall business strategy, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and market expansion across the country. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the financial services ecosystem, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of scaling businesses within banking and insurance domains.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute the overall country strategy aligned with organizational goals
* Lead business growth across banking, insurance, and financial services verticals
* Oversee P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
* Ensure full compliance with RBI, IRDAI, SEBI, and other applicable regulatory frameworks
* Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, financial institutions, partners, and key stakeholders
* Drive market expansion, product innovation, and strategic alliances
* Lead, mentor, and develop senior leadership teams across functions
* Strengthen corporate governance, risk management, and internal controls
* Represent the organization as the primary spokesperson at industry forums and with external stakeholders
Skills:
* Candidate Profile
Minimum 20+ years of experience in banking and insurance, with significant exposure to the finance sector
* Proven experience in senior leadership roles such as Country Head, CEO, Managing Director, or equivalent
* Strong understanding of financial products, risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
* Demonstrated success in scaling operations and driving profitability
* Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities
* Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-growing financial services environment

Compensation
Salary: 30% hike on current CTC
Final compensation will be based on interview performance, experience, and overall fitment
