We are looking for an experienced HR professional with strong working knowledge of California labor laws and compliance requirements. The candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, and ensuring statutory compliance for California-based workforce operations.Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with California labor laws, wage & hour regulations, and statutory requirements.

Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle management.

Handle employee relations matters, grievance resolution, and disciplinary procedures.

Maintain HR records and ensure adherence to state and federal compliance standards.

Coordinate with management to implement HR policies aligned with California regulations.

Support audits, compliance checks, and documentation reviews.
