Handling disbursement process for Retail asset products i.e. LAP, Micro-LAP, Affordable Housing loan, Business loan, Personal loan, Emerging Market etc.
Maintaining records, implementing & strictly following the processes as per SOP.
Managing Post disbursal process like receipt and closure of PDD/OTC/deliverables .
Handling customer service desk for walk in customers.
Property document management and knowledge of locally applicable property documents.
Document management, scanning, storage and retrievals.
Ensure adherence to all Branch operations process in collaboration with other functions like sales, credit, customer service, collections etc.
Ensure Branch is audit ready at all times with adherence to all critical parameters.
