Job Description:
1.Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc
2.Handling day-to-day accounting
3.Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments
4.Handling all banking related works
5.Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email
6.Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc and keeping track of them
7.Handling and filling GST is one of the key responsibility that should be included in account executive job description
8.Preparing profit and loss statements
9.Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities
10.Handling petty cash
11.Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws
Key Responsibilities:
1.Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports
2.Preparing weekly cash flow statements, and controlling expenditure and cash flow
3.Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts
4.Examining financial records to check for accuracy
