Mandatory Qualifications

• Must have worked in a digital marketing role at a tech-first Online Astrology company (like astrotalks , Astroyogi.com  etc) with reputable products, for at least 4 years
• Proven work experience in Marketing Automation tools like MoEngage, WebEngage, Gamooga etc.
• Sound business judgement and ability to take ownership, conduct data-driven deep dives and deliver results
• Self starter, Proven ability to self-manage work and move forward in the face of ambiguity.

We are expanding into the Astrology domain with the launch of an online astrology portal. We request your help in hiring the below position:

The primary roles and responsibilities for this role are:

• Experience in Digital Marketing, Web Analytics, SEO & Conversion Optimisation, Marketing Automation
• Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Designs, builds, and maintains product's social media presence.
• Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
• Interact with key stakeholders to define the metrics, measurements and tools to quantify business goals.
