#### Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence in the real estate industry.
- Utilize a 360-degree knowledge of planning, structuring, statutory documentation, and financial analysis to effectively represent the company to partners and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive growth and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and government agencies.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to inform business strategies.
