Job Overview:
We are looking for a self-motivated and dynamic Project Sales Engineer
to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have experience
in sales within the capital goods, air piping, and compressor
industries. This role involves generating inquiries, submitting offers, and
planning visits/travel to clients to support project sales and grow our
customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation:
Identify and generate inquiries for projects within the capital goods,
air
piping, and compressor industries.
Actively seek out new business opportunities and build
relationships with potential clients.
Client Engagement:
Meet with clients, understand their requirements, and offer
tailored solutions for projects related to
automation systems, compressors, and modular pipelines.
Provide technical consultations and present the benefits of our
products and services to customers.
Preparation of Offers:
Create and submit commercial offers and quotations to clients based
on their project requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate pricing and
project feasibility.
Travel and Site Visits:
Plan and undertake regular client visits and site inspections
across Mumbai and surrounding regions.
Travel to client locations to meet their teams, conduct
presentations, and close deals.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with the Project Management and Technical
teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Keep track of sales leads, project progress, and client
communications in the company CRM.
Provide regular sales and project updates to senior management.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:
Any Graduate
Experience:
Previous experience in sales of any industrial equipment
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in project sales or business development.
Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical specifications and discuss project
requirements with clients.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with the ability to
work independently.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Personal Traits:
A problem-solver who can think creatively and strategically to
address customer needs.
Team player, able to collaborate with internal teams to achieve project
goals.
